We want to thank you for supporting Charitable Union and our upcoming fundraiser, Decorated Table. We look forward to seeing you on Thursday, May 9th. Here are some important details for the night.

Parking: It is recommended to park near and enter through FireKeepers Hotel entry located on the west side of the property. Follow FireKeepers signage to the hotel entrance. Signage will be placed inside the hotel lobby to guide you to our event. **Valet parking is included with your ticket**

Order of Events:

Table decorating begins at 3:00 and needs to be completed by 5:30.

Registration begins at 5:00 and we will include a social hour (cash bar available).

Dinner will be served at 6:00.

Games of Chance begin at 6:45 and we plan to wrap up the evening by 7:30.

Games of Chance & Silent Auction: Tickets are available online till 9:00 p.m. today (5/8), 5 for $40 OR they can be purchased at the event registration table $10 each or 11 for $100. These tickets can be used at our Games of Chance or in the Silent Auction. Purchases can be made by cash, check or credit card at the event. If you have any questions at the event, find a staff member in a blue Charitable Union shirt.

Attire: Come as you are or dress for the theme of your table.

50/50: This is a cash only activity. Will you be the lucky winner of the night?

The Competition: Who will win the coveted honor of Best Decorated Table? You get to vote for your favorite table, but not your table (we have to have some rules). All votes should be cast by 6:15.

Why: You are here to support Charitable Union and the good work we do in the community. All funds raised will support vital programs in our community.
